Camp Harmony is searching for leaders who want to make an impact in the lives of children and youth every summer. Make a difference and have fun by providing joyful, educational experiences and sharing the love of Jesus! We are seeking counselors and support staff to serve the many campers who come to Camp Harmony to experience nature and adventure, meaningful relationships, significant memories and spiritual transformation. Year-Round Positions

Executive Director

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishment in business planning/management, budgeting, fundraising, and marketing. Experience with residential camp, outdoor recreation programs and challenge course is preferred. Responsibilities include direct supervision of Program, Maintenance, and Food Service Directors along with office personnel, budget management, maintaining financial sustainability, camp enrollment growth and compliance with ACA standards.  This candidate must be a committed believer in Jesus Christ, with active membership in a church. Maintenance Assistant

Under the direction of the Facilities Director,  the Maintenance Assistant will assist in the maintenance and repair and upkeep of the camp’s buildings, grounds, equipment and other facilities consistent with the mission and established policies and procedures of the camp.

Seasonal Summer Employment

Opportunities available for those Post High school

Supervise and lead campers daily in activities while building positive relationships and sharing your faith.  Counselor's must ensure camper safety and act as a positive role model and mentor and participate in all daily activities.  For an approximate date range, please visit our summer camp page. Weekly stipend of $290 plus housing and meals.

Support Staff
Serve in a variety of roles including adventure staff, lifeguard, maintenancehousekeeping and kitchen staff.  These positions are the backbone of our ministry keeping daily events flowing and providing a safe, fun environment for all of our guests.
