All choir members, advisors, directors and families are welcome to attend the District Youth Choir Reunion. Located at the pavilion by the pool (or Heritage Lodge if inclement weather). Bring a covered dish, swimming items ($2/person), any donations you wish to give to Camp, choir photos and memorabilia to share and any music or instruments if you want to "jam" with old friends!

District Conference is the time for delegates from all the Western PA Church of the Brethren congregations to meet and discuss the business of the District. Non-delegates from all congregations are encouraged to attend. Registration information will be sent to your churches in July 2018.
Does your church or local organization collect shoeboxes through Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child? We are the next step in collection once you have gotten all your boxes. Bring your boxes during office hours (Mon-Sat 9 am to 4 pm, Sun 1-4 pm, Mon 9 am to noon) and we'll pack them up and get them moving out to the children who can't wait for them! Our goal in 2018 is 1500 boxes!
Any camper registered (with deposit) for a resident camp by June 1 will be eligible for one of four prizes. Prizes include a Camp Harmony prize pack, Honest Outfitters hammock & straps, $50 Camp Harmony gift card and 2 ticket vouchers for Hershey Park for 2018.

Camp Harmony is raising funds for our camp scholarships and programming. Please consider walking, raising funds or donating and helping campers hear more about Jesus!
This years theme is “Restored Power” and will be lead by Jonathan Graf from Harvest Prayer Ministries. Each pastor is encouraged to invite one to three people from their congregation to attend. Pastors will receive .5 CEUs.
The cost for the retreat is $60.00 per person, which includes, lodging, breakfast, lunch, use of facility, and speaker. Registration deadline is Friday, May 11, 2018. Registrations must be made through the District Office.
