to Camp Facilities main page)A variety of accommodations are available for lodging at Camp Harmony. Many groups use a combination of facilities when hosting their event. Brougher Memorial Retreat Center  This facility houses about 55 persons, dormitory style. Beds are standard 30" by 86" metal frame bunk beds. There are two sleeping areas (one designated male, and the other female) which have directly adjacent bath and shower facilities. There is a large center meeting area with multiple levels of lighting, and a fire place. Off to the rear of the meeting area is an area for preparing snacks, etc. Harmony House Retreat Center  This facility houses approximately 40 persons. There are 12 individual bedrooms with 6 private bathrooms. Bedrooms are arranged so that there is a private bathroom for every 2 bedrooms. 8 of the 12 bedrooms have 3 beds (twin sized mattresses), and 4 of the bedrooms have 4 beds (twin sized mattresses). Individual bedrooms are sound proofed. Sleeping accommodations are divided so that half is on one side of the central meeting area, and the other half is on the opposite side. The center meeting area is carpeted, had a large fireplace and 3 large sofas, rocking chairs and other suitable furniture. There is a small kitchen for preparing snacks, etc. Main Camp Cabins and Bath House   There are 11 cabins each sleeping approximately 8 persons (although we can accommodate up to 10 in a cabin) along with a spacious bath and shower house. The cabins are spread out and can be used in a number of ways. This includes housing families in a cabin, or using the cabins a dormitories with different cabins assigned based on gender. There is lots of flexibility in how we can accommodate guests. Some of the cabins have interior paneling, while others are open studding. The Bath and Shower house has 6 showers on each side and plenty of space for changing. Trading Post and Upper Cabin Areas  The Upper cabin areas are positioned on either side of the Trading Post, which houses bath and shower accommodations for this area. The cabins sleep approximately 8 persons each (although we can accommodate up to 10 in a cabin). There are multiple options. Groups can reserve only one set of 5 cabins, or choose to reserve all 10 cabins. Family or individual rentals: Cabins may be rented by families or individuals for anywhere from one day to a week as a family get-away or vacation. (must be coordinated with Camp schedule). Cost: Minimum $40 per night with a maximum of $50 per night for a family unit per cabin. Weekly rate (7 days) is $250. Grove Picnic Shelter (Photo to be added) Need a place to host a family reunion, or a Sunday School Class picnic.... This picnic is approximately 20 by 40, and has picnic tables. It is very close (within sight) of our Swimming Pool and Waterslide area. Trading Post Picnic Shelter (Photo to be added) An ideal place for a summer picnic, this shelter offers seclusion from the outside world. Nested in almost the center of our property, the Trading Post has everything you need. There is a large fireplace, and plenty of screened in area for a groups up to about 75. It is a short walk to Faith Hall and/or the Swimming Pool and Water slide areas. Directly adjacent to the picnic shelter are Bath and Shower facilities. Campground (Photo to be added) The campground is open for RV, Trailer or Tent Camping from Memorial Day to the weekend prior to Labor Day (you may stay for the Labor Day weekend but there is an additional charge due to the Gospel Festival). Rates are as follows: $20 per site per night for electric/water sites, $15 per site per night for site without utilities, $10 per site per night for backpack areas. Long term rates: Memorial Day to week before Labor Day - $300; Year Round (October to April – electric only) - $500.
